We’re writing a book on emotional design, and we want you to be a part of it.

We’re very pleased to announce that we’ve partnered with our good friend Edie Adams and the fine folks at Morgan Kaufmann Publishers on the tentatively titled book “Design for Emotion”. Design for Emotion is a guide to understanding and creating emotional products and interfaces.

Contribute

For a limited time, we’re accepting examples of emotional design for possible inclusion in the book. Every submission will be entered into a draw to win an Amazon Kindle. And, if your example is included in the book, we’ll even send you a FREE copy.

Authors

Based on the author and co-author’s combined experience of over 30 years in the fields of graphic, interactive and industrial design, user interface design, human factors, ergonomics, product management and product innovation, Design for Emotion explores the basic questions around designing emotional experiences with the products and interfaces we use.
